In this show, you will find out about a new research project called, 'The Road to Well-Being' - an educational group program developed to take a positive approach on a variety of topics such as optimism and hope, social support, stress, coping, relaxation and other factors relating to wellness. You will discover how to safely dispose of used needles and what to do you if you find one; meet high school students who are participating in a pilot educational program called P.A.R.T.Y. (Prevent Alcohol and Risk Related Trauma in Youth); get tips for self-care for family caregivers; and meet another Champion in Motion!

Cynthia Block interviews with Phyllis Goertz as she will speak about the Acute Care Access Line (ACAL) a new one-step process for physicians to find the most appropriate critical or acute care bed in Saskatoon. Phyllis Goertz, CPAS Manager, Acute care Access Line.
